ソウルイーターノット! Anime Review by Ben Huber It's time to return to the world of Soul Eater -- but from a different perspective. Soul Eater Not! (set before the events of the original series) follows the adventures of Tsumugi and her two friends, Meme and Anya. As readers might remember, Soul Eater characters possess one of two traits: they're either able to turn into a weapon, or able to wield said human weapon. From there, they're further divided into two classes: EAT or NOT. As you might guess, NOTs are the lesser-skilled group of students. Tsumugi, Anya, and Meme are all in the NOT class, but it's there that they find their camaraderie. Their traits are all set up to play off each other, of course, in typical comedy fashion. Tsumugi is the driven student who doesn't know how to control her weapon abilities well, Meme is the friendly and eternally optimistic ditz, and Anya is the spoiled rich girl with a heart of gold. ハイスクールD×D Anime Review by Brian Cirulnick The anime industry has really redefined why we used to refer to the television as the "boob-tube". And the top-heavy female lead of 'High School DxD' makes us question if DxD isn't her cup-size, as every time she gets up from a chair, we're treated to gratuitous bounces. Make no mistake, High School DxD is a fan-service extravaganza, but, dare we say, it's actually a well-done fan-service extravaganza. For starters, while the male protagonist is your typical "I wanna get laid" creep, he's actually honest about it, and isn't as creepy as most of these guys come off as. He's actually likable, which I will explain in a bit once you get a jist of the plot. Kuoh Academy is an all-girls school that just recently became co-ed, so there's a very high female to male ratio, leading Issei Hyodo and his friends to think they'd be getting some action. However, none of them yet have a girlfriend. So, imagine his surprise when a girl asks him out. Things go well on the date until the evening, when the girl reveals herself to be a "fallen angel" and then kills our hero. Fortunately, he is revived from death by Rias Gremory, a zoftig demon (and the daughter of the devil), and as such he becomes her servant. Read More... 
My Gateway Drug to Anime 美少女戦士セーラームーン Anime Article by L.B. Bryant Sailor Moon means to me... in short, it means a lot. When I was in high school, anime was still a largely foreign concept to me. I had seen some movies and series but for the most part the world was still very foreign to me. I had friends who were into it but none of them really took the time to try and introduce me to it for whatever reason -- except for one friend named Taylor. As her and I grew closer, she introduced me to her favorite series, Sailor Moon, which I had only heard about in passing at the time.
